4 tablespoons of vegetable cooking oil

On the low rack place a small roasting tin with oil and sausages in it. Cook at 200C (400F) for around 10 minutes or until sausages turn brown.

Can you cook directly in the glass bowl of the Halogen Oven or do you need a tray or dish inside it?
    The Cod recipe sounds lovely.

  • Di Walker says:

Just had a halogen oven for Christmas and have not tried anything in it yet but am looking through various recipe and would be grateful for a little clarification. When you are cooking cookies and biscuits and you say bake at 230 for 10 mins – what do you put them on. Do you use the racks provided or can you use other tines and plates in it? Sorry to appear thick but it is all a bit confusing at the moment.
    Many thanks Di
